Located in Summit County, Colorado, Timberline Condominiums is nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.  Summit County is home to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge Ski Resorts.  It is also home to great hiking, biking, cross country skiing, restaurants, and is a great place to relax and enjoy the view.   

Timberline Condominiums is an 18 unit complex which was built in the 1970s and sits on the shore of beautiful Lake Dillon.   

BOARD OF DIRECTORS:  A list of the current Board of Directors for the Timberlline Condominium Owner's Association is included under the ‘Contact Us’ tab on this website.  They are the guiding force for the Association and are available for any input you might have.

YOUR MANAGEMENT COMPANY:  Americana Resort Properties is a full service Property and Rental Management Company. We are proud to have such a dedicated, experienced and professional support staff, including maintenance and housekeeping departments. We have a well-established short-term and long-term rental management program. Americana Resort Properties' office is located in the Dillon Center above the bowling alley in Dillon.
